En tant qu'agiliste je souhaite contribuer au développement des méthodes agiles… mais toujours avec la même conviction : la technologie peut avoir un impact positif et la transformation digitales exige une nouvelle façon de penser !
Je suis une experte scrum / agile habituée à travailler avec des parties prenantes pour définir les fonctionnalités clés et guider des équipe inter-fonctionnelles dans la réalisation de produits à haute valeur ajoutée.
Grâce à mes expériences précédentes, je sais travailler avec des données, modéliser des flux utilisateurs, réaliser des personas et transformer des idées en fonctionnalités.
Durant mes 3 ans de product management j'ai aidé mes équipes à prospérer dans des environnements agiles et à s'organiser autour de la résolution de problèmes.
Je suis particulièrement intéressée dans l'accompagnement des organisations et des équipes géographiquement dispersées.
