Within the Application Integration department, I was assigned to the Transformation team, which is dedicated to migrating Proximus Legacy middleware (proprietary/paid) to open-source and free solutions.

Responsibilities included:

- Active participation in Agile ceremonies (daily meetings, planning poker, demos, retrospectives).

- Development of user stories.

- Documentation of user stories.

- Quality control with an emphasis on achieving an 80% coverage rate.

OSMOSE: A project focused on the modernization of Canal+ International's CRM, built on microservices using the Spring Cloud ecosystem.

- Implementation of the modernized technical architecture: Proof of Concept, benchmarking, strategy, design.

- Formation and leadership of two feature teams: Sales (SMS) and Point of Sales (POS), comprising 2 tech leads and 15 developers.

- Framing and project management concerning technical aspects and roadmap.

- Development, Unit Testing, Integration Testing, Ops.
