Improvement of the business process for Quote to First Bill Proximus Enterprise Business Unit (EBU) in terms of orders

follow-up. This project is about the optimization, configuration, and deployment of the new functionalities in MyProximus

Enterprise with the following activities:

- Workshops with the UX, UI and back-end teams on the different activities, applications, data flows involved in the order

processes.

- Optimization and simplification of the track&trace of Enterprise orders with different test cases.

- Perform testing on ITT, UAT and Production for the new implementation with SCRUM Methodology.

- Perform a monthly presentation for the status of the improvements performed in the EBU team.

- Report the status to the management team and provide a status on the backlogs. I was also responsible for the

follow-up on the budget and actuals.

As an IT project leader for the implementation of ServiceNow, I was responsible to replace the facility management software “Planon” on-premise with the “ServiceNow” platform in the cloud. This project was about the installation, configuration, and deployment of the Workplace Service Delivery (WSD) application provided by ServiceNow (with SCRUM method). The mission consisted in three distinct roles:

o Business analyst: Workshops on the different activities involved, review and optimization of the processes. The purpose was to design the processes including all the activities, applications, data flows involved.

o Functional analyst:

a. Configuration of the facility processes in ServiceNow WSD (badge management, corporate buildings, complaints (catering/vending machine), reservation management, document management, order document, purchase (in/out AG), repair, stock managment, subscription, transport&move, visitor management).

b. IT integrations between AG and ServiceNow: Azure AD for the SSO, Role request with Sailpoint IIQ, Chatbot with Microsoft Power Virtual Agent, REST API for external supplier (Staples), Outlook configuration for calendar synchronization and plug-in, data modelling for data import in ServiceNow (Users, inactive users, badges, brokers).

o Project Management: Responsible for the budget estimated based on the work effort breakdown for each activity (project management, meeting, training, configuration of processes, IT integrations, go-live preparation, …) compared with the actuals and resources involved (alignment with the management for the scope and timing). On a monthly basis the results were presented to the Steering Committee with the different challenges occurred and solution proposed.

SAP Consultant - Governance Risk Compliance

Project: Migration from SAP ECC to S/4HANA on the User Access Management part of the implementation. Workshops for the finance processes and risk analysis on the actual design. Review the role modeling based on the matrix role (Business roles, single roles, objects) and creation of risk cards for mitigation controls. The implementation was performed at international level for Sanofi and in Belgium for Eneco

IT Auditor

Project: Review and perform the IT audit processes impacting the financial statement. The Global IT controls (GITC) and IT application controls (ITAC) were analysis during this project. We analyzed from scratched all the IT processes involved and management of resources to perform the different controls.

a. Business analyst: Analysis, optimization and design of IT processes (mainly focus on the sales process) through different workshops with different manager involved in the processes. The analysis was also performed on dataflow level.

-Follow-up and review all the controls performed by the junior consultants.
