As the Operational Excellence Lead at Eurostar, I'm currently spearheading the strategic design and implementation of our new Operations strategy. My core mission is to foster a company-wide culture of excellence. As a certified Master Black Belt, I lead this business transformation by personally coaching and training our teams, embedding Lean principles deep into our daily work. I'm responsible for building the foundations of a truly data-driven performance model to ensure we're not just efficient today, but are set up for scalable, long-term success.

At PwC, I stepped into a strategic leadership role, acting as a trusted advisor to major industrial clients in various industrial sectors. My mission was to help them solve their toughest operational challenges. I led complex Operational Excellence and digital transformation projects, guiding executive teams to implement data-driven strategies and Lean Six Sigma principles. This role was all about boosting performance, cutting costs, and building more agile, sustainable operations by bridging the gap between high-level strategy and the on-the-ground execution needed to ensure real business impact.
