• Driving the onboarding and contractual changes of over 200 financial institutions for a given ICSD within the context of the upgrade of the platforms and the update of the legal entities within the group

• Collateral management industry advisor & design authority to a global custodian with regards to the setup of a new business line for rendering collateral management services to the buy-side, corporates and market infrastructures

• Researcher with MIT Sloan on a currently ongoing research paper on the topic of "Collateral Optimisation at All Times"

• Developed the 5-year Business Master Plan 2013-2018 for an International Common Securities Depository (ICSD) advising the Business Strategy & Business Development Managing Director; reporting to the CEO

• Supported the creation and execution of the project portfolio for Target2Securities for an ICSD as the enterprise architect and advisor to the program management board

• Wrote a joint study report on the inefficiencies of collateral usage interviews with over 20 banks Accenture Research The article referenced in the New York Financial Times Financing 2011 presenting the findings of the research report on collateral inefficiencies on Operational Excellence for several Belgian universities including Solvay's professional development program geared to the Capital Markets industry
