I have been working in organisations such as ING, Novartis, Engie, Renewi, Dehon Group, Elia,...
Since 2017, I am working as a freelancer HR Manager and I specialised in change, transformation, new way of working,....I have experience with unions, with working with leadership teams, blue collar and white collar workers.
Recently, I worked on a project to make remote working sustainable with our having managers frustrated that employees won't come back at the offices.
