Many HR technology issues appear after go-live: unclear ownership, weak reporting, inconsistent workflows, role/security problems, poor data quality, too many support incidents, and administrators who are not fully confident using the system. My work focuses on bringing these platforms back under control.

I specialise in practical platform stabilisation across security roles, reporting, workflows, UAT, release support, data quality checks, admin governance and process documentation. I have hands-on experience with Cornerstone OnDemand, Oracle HCM Cloud, SuccessFactors-related environments, Power BI, Power Apps and ServiceNow.
