Leadership Development Program for High Potentials at Engie

•Led Program for 80+ executive and managers on worldwide level for a multicultural population, in English and French

•Facilitated Development Centers in Brussels and Paris with participants from all over the world (more than 40 sessions)

•Assessed competencies and wrote reports based on psychometric tools (personality, motivational, leadership questionnaires, reasoning tests,…) and observations through simulation exercises and Competency Based Interview

•Delivered feedback sessions on leadership skills, self-awareness and career direction

•Advised HR professionals and N+1 on people development: trainings plan, individual development plan and career direction
