Part of a team managing a platform which consists of more than 50 micro services, 30 batches and a feature-rich BackOffice

Set up a RoR team to work in a location-based online advertising platform. The solution consists of several components which provide a mobile media buying platform enabling marketers to deploy online advertisement campaigns through operation team or self-service interface. The platform is integrated with over 10 SSPs and exchanges, reaching over 200K impressions per day. Components are deployed entirely in Amazon Web Services.

Analysed and converted business requirements from sales and Ops teams into detailed technical specification.

Delivered training sessions to new members, define workflow and prepare technical documentation for the team

Worked on new functionalities including ad bidding optimisation algorithm, real-time analytic as well as accurate reporting capabilities.

Developed a security policy to protect system from network attacks and fake ad requests.

Managed and coordinated team members, who all were working remotely with different timezones to gain best performance and meet committed schedule and budget.
