At Proximus NXT Nederland, I currently architect and optimize a multi-tenant Backup-as-a-Service platform serving 68+ enterprise clients across the Netherlands. I deliver BaaS reference architectures, client health assessments, and risk mitigation strategies, while resolving complex platform issues across VMware, Azure, Oracle RAC, SAP HANA, and Microsoft 365 environments.

At Proximus Belgium, I built and operated a BaaS platform protecting 17PB of data, 12,000+ VMs, and hundreds of Oracle RAC, MSSQL AG, and Exchange DAG servers — combining Commvault HyperScale-X with VMware vCloud Director. Elevated platform SLA from ~75% to 99%+. SPOC for L3 incidents and restores. Delivered custom compliance reporting and trained enterprise customers on Commvault Command Center.

Previously at Atos (12 years), I migrated legacy environments to Commvault, implemented IntelliSnap for HDS NAS, managed SAP and high-transaction SQL clusters, optimized SAN tape libraries, and automated Iron Mountain offsite exports with 100% audit compliance.
