Rather than just shipping features, I focus on the decisions that shape the next 5 years: which technical choices support the mission, how the team scales without burning out, where technology actually accelerates conservation impact, and how AI can be adopted responsibly in a mission-driven organization.

What that looks like:

→ Coaching a team of 5 developers through a digital transformation, from tactical delivery to strategic ownership.

→ Developing the organization's AI readiness roadmap and AI governance framework.

→ Translating between the organization's mission-driven priorities and technical trade-offs.

→ Making the architecture and tooling decisions that let the team move faster without piling up technical debt.

→ Identifying where the gap between "what users need" and "what we're building" is costing the organization

Building a B2B SaaS platform for autonomous camperplace management across Europe.

Product side: defined the ICP and go-to-market strategy for a market of 30,000-40,000 European camperplace sites. Developed pricing models, ran conversion optimization, and built the content marketing strategy targeting municipal and private operators in 4+ countries.

Technology side: designed and built the full stack: multi-tenant Google Cloud architecture, ANPR camera integration, IoT/MQTT event pipeline, Stripe connected accounts for marketplace payments, and AI-augmented development workflows.

The interesting part: at a 5-person startup, there is no wall between product and technology decisions. Every architecture choice is a product choice, and vice versa. That's the lens I bring to everything I do.
