My expertise is primarily focussed on setting up and deploying global purchasing strategies for raw materials, transport, goods and services in an international environment respecting procedures and regulatory compliances. Supplier management and reviews leading to long term win/win partnerships are essential.

This is done by analysing markets, conducting RFI’s/RFQ’s and selecting the final partners in collaboration with internal stakeholders.

My goal is to impact profitability and generate savings by empowering teams.
