I also designed a cross-app template system for the group's media brands, ensuring consistency and scalability.

Beyond that, I led the UX/UI development of projects like Le Mag (https://www.lavoixdunord.fr/le-mag), and contributed to optimizing conversion rates and ROI for their real estate platforms by identifying key usability issues and proposing actionable improvements.
