I am a passionate and driven professional, with over 15 years of experience in sales and marketing in the FMCG sector in both Retail and OOH channels in the Benelux area, who leads by example and delivers results.

In the past, I have led teams of up to 12 direct reports with different backgrounds, nationalities, levels of education, and ages. By doing so I have greatly developed the soft skills (communication, motivation, leadership, teamwork, conflict solving,…), required to fulfill this task with distinction and the ability to develop and engage people to build a high-performance sales team.
Having worked in both large and medium-sized companies with different maturity levels I am able to bring the skillset (business planning, forecasting, P&L Management, data analysis, presenting and talking for large groups,…) of a multinational to the table with the creativity and agility that is specific to a start-up or mid-sized company.

My strength lies in developing and executing strategic business and brand plans based on data and business acumen that are aligned with international guidelines and adapted to the local market needs and opportunities. I also have the skills and experience to support and empower my sales team with the right information, training, and tools to achieve their targets and build strong relationships with our customers across retail and OOH channels.
