My core strength is TP policy design: building intercompany pricing frameworks from scratch or critically reviewing existing ones to identify where a group is leaving value on the table — or taking on unnecessary risk. That means analysing the full value chain, aligning pricing with economic reality, and translating it into robust, audit-proof policies that actually work in practice. Not just compliant on paper, but optimised for the group's structure and objectives.

Beyond policy design, I cover the full TP spectrum: Master File, Local File, CbCR documentation, benchmarking studies (Orbis, RoyaltyStat), intercompany agreement drafting, IP & DEMPE analysis, innovation income deduction, and audit defense before Belgian and foreign tax authorities — including MAP and APA procedures.
