As the Operational Readiness Lead, I spearhead the business transformation of this start-up, guiding the shift from a technology and innovation-driven culture to a performance-focused, operationally reliable organization. My efforts aim to have a team and processes in place and leading the business case capex-project towards full execution. Both securing the company can consistently meet customer expectations and is ready to serve additional customers supporting them to reduce their carbon footprint.

• Scope : Oversaw the Innovation/R&D team; 4 production units (fermentation, DSP), asset care, supply chain and SHE. Led a team of 300 employees : developing and execution of the business strategy and investments, covering SHE and HR, productivity, capital, change programs using Lean and 5s, environment, permits, industrial relations and internal & external collaboration & communication

• Led the innovation transition to upcycle co-products into high-value new products/business developments to strenghten the value proposition of the Tienen site as a specialty site. Analyzed & improved the sustainability footprint (LCA, ESG reporting)

• End responsible for integrating the three Dow heritage silicones businesses into the DuPont organization and implementing manufacturing product agreements globally
