🧩 Infrastructure & Cloud

Led multiple datacenter relocations and modernizations, including rack design, cabling, access control, and hybrid connectivity. Consolidated VMware, Proxmox, Hyper-V, and XCP-ng clusters into unified HA platforms. Managed OS lifecycles (Debian, Ubuntu, RHEL, Windows Server 2022) and designed hybrid setups across Azure, Hetzner, and Odoo Cloud. Automated provisioning via Foreman, PXE, Kickstart, and Ansible.

Adopted Infrastructure-as-Code with Ansible, SaltStack, Terraform, and PowerShell DSC. Built CI/CD pipelines in GitLab, Jenkins, and Azure DevOps. Managed containers via Docker, Kubernetes, and NGINX reverse proxies. Automated endpoints and policy compliance with Intune, SCCM, and PowerShell.

🌐 Networking & Security

Designed and managed enterprise networks using Fortinet (FG-HA), OPNsense, VyOS, and Ubiquiti UniFi. Implemented VLANs, DHCP failover, IPv6, and SSL automation. Delivered Zero-Trust, Conditional Access, and Defender for Business security layers. Ensured GDPR/NIS2 compliance, performed penetration tests, and used NetBox (IPAM) and Snipe-IT (assets).

📊 Monitoring & AI

Deployed Zabbix, Grafana, and Elastic Stack (SIEM/SOC); migrated Sentinel → Elastic Security. Used Elastic ML for anomaly detection and developed AI copilots (ChatGPT, Copilot Studio) for IT automation.

💻 Modern Workplace & Leadership

Rolled out the Microsoft Modern Workplace (M365, Teams, SharePoint, Defender). Automated user lifecycle via PowerShell and Azure AD. Led an internal IT team, guided interns on IoT & cybersecurity (MQTT, Node-RED, ESP32), and promoted open-source adoption.

Supported manufacturing and corporate IT operations across EMEA, focusing on automation, infrastructure modernization, and endpoint management in production-critical environments.

Optimized SCCM and MDM application deployment across factories and General Services divisions, expanding automation with PowerShell and standardized rollout templates, reducing deployment time by 50%.

Researched and prepared migration from SCCM to Microsoft Intune, evaluating alternative MDM solutions to improve lifecycle, security, and compliance management.

Enhanced industrial ICT systems by integrating Barco production control, Aruba networking, and Hyper-V virtualization, while providing operational support for AS/400 (IBM i) manufacturing systems.

Modernized tape-based backup processes, introduced asset disposal policies (including secure HDD wiping and certification), and implemented best practices for patching and recovery.

Managed Active Directory and Group Policy (GPO) to enforce consistent security, configuration, and access controls across all regional sites.
