For every policy or process change I owned the full cycle: designed the updated process, built the Workday solution, coordinated with Payroll, ran workshops for the People Services team, and created guides for employees and HR until everything ran smoothly. Also acted as informal second manager for one HR Solutions Specialist and led Workday onboarding for all new HR associates.

Drove Workday release management, UAT coordination, and process redesign across HR Operations in the Netherlands and UK. Built the system and process foundations that made cross-border HR delivery consistent and scalable. Led data gathering and organisational structure setup in Workday for a TUPE transfer project. Designed and implemented new processes for 9 HR policies including all necessary system updates and documentation. Mapped key HR processes across the employee lifecycle to identify improvement opportunities and eliminate inefficiencies. Developed and delivered Workday onboarding training for new HR employees, ensuring smooth system adoption from day one.

Led the local Workday HCM implementation end-to-end for Poland while managing the full employee lifecycle across onboarding, offboarding, and employee data management. Became the internal Workday subject matter expert post-launch, supporting adoption across the HR team and wider employee group. Defined configuration requirements, led data gathering, participated in system testing, and coordinated with benefit vendors. Built the foundation of HR operations knowledge that shaped everything that followed.
