I am an HR Operations and Workday specialist with 10 years of experience delivering HR transformation across international organisations. My work sits at the intersection of HR operations, systems, and process improvement. I have led end-to-end Workday implementations, managed multi-country benefits migrations, built HR operating models from scratch, and standardised processes across the Netherlands, UK, US and Poland.


My strongest projects involve taking complex, fragmented HR operations and turning them into something that actually works at scale. I own the full cycle: from process design and system build through to adoption and hypercare. I do not consider something finished until the people using it feel confident.
