🚀January 2025 – December 2025: Thales Alenia Space Belgium – Change Manager driving a portfolio of 17 strategic transformation initiatives, including production cost reduction, inventory management optimization, rollout of an internal social platform, process standardization, and software transitions – all aimed at improving operational efficiency and employee engagement.

Define product vision and responsible for balancing legal changes, competition, innovation, growth, product modernization (UX, UI and technical) and bug resolution.
