I'm an IT Talent Acquisition specialist with more than fifteen years inside financial services and regulated environments, where the cost of a wrong hire is high and the talent is scarce. I know how to source and assess specialist profiles — cybersecurity and CISO-level, IT infrastructure, cloud, risk — and how to run a senior recruitment process end to end, from defining the real need to closing the candidate. I speak the language of both the hiring managers and the engineers, which is what keeps a process moving.

As a Talent Acquisition Business Partner at Euroclear, I supported strategic recruitment for IT, cybersecurity, risk, governance, architecture, infrastructure and transformation roles within a highly regulated financial environment.
