a new role internally and an external new hire. It was the yearly budget cycle for all functions and I worked with Ansell
ELT Leaders of IT, HR, Finance, Legal to build their FY26 Budget. All budgets were optimized and approved by the Board in June.

Go Lives in EMEA (March) and APAC (June) were successfully delivered and the KC business is now run by Ansell.
