Starting this project from scratch and leveraging my technical skills, I began by researching similar initiatives. Given its resemblance to Data Europa and the availability of open-source code, I initially deployed the code on an AWS machine, using Docker to containerize the environment. Through reverse engineering, I analyzed its functionalities and enabled the modules to interact via Domibus with the national modules being developed by an external team.

Currently, as an IT consultant and business analyst, I play a key role in overseeing and supporting the external development teams. My responsibilities include:

Creating and managing Jira tickets based on my technical analysis, ensuring well-structured and clearly defined tasks for the external team.

Evaluating and prioritizing tasks, focusing on the most critical features and fixes to optimize development efforts.

Bridging technical and business requirements, leveraging my technical expertise to validate feasibility and guide the external team in the right direction.

By combining my technical knowledge with analytical skills, I contribute to the project's success, ensuring development aligns with business goals, regulatory requirements, and technical feasibility.

Responsibilities:

My main tasks as a Business Analyst, reporting directly to the PM, were primarily focused on gathering requirements to facilitate the ASAP integration into Decide Replies. This was a progressive and interactive process, involving meetings with the ASAP business team—those with in-depth knowledge of all the work done in ASAP. The main challenge was identifying the AS-IS while simultaneously laying the foundation for the TO-BE.

During meetings with the business team, we took a more agile approach, utilizing various tools such as quizzes, forms, and demos showcasing what Decide Replies had already implemented for other workspaces, like petitions.

It was necessary to prepare all the documentation to secure a formal agreement from different stakeholders.

Additionally, part of my role involved handling various issues that arose in the current maintenance. For instance, when upgrading from an old translation tool to a new one, it was crucial to identify all affected use cases and determine the best approach for the transition.

Responsibilities:

- Researching for the best approach to use certificates in order to encrypt some messages. Defining how to use the ASIC protocol into the exchanged messages.
