I founded and operated Mangará Shoes BV in Belgium from scratch: registered a Belgian company, built a Shopify store, integrated European marketplaces (About You, Faire, Spartoo), managed import/export logistics between Brazil and Europe, and operated B2B wholesale simultaneously. Before that, I ran a B2B import business in Brazil for 15 years sourcing from China.
