💡 I contribute to the digital transformation and industrialization of renewable energy development in complex and fast-moving environments.

I served as the Scrum Master for one of the largest programs, where I led agile ceremonies, coached teams, and ensured the successful delivery of complex, high-impact initiatives. In addition to this role, I also served as the Point of Contact (POC) for change management and oversaw the implementation of SAFE practices tailored for Belgium.

I took on the role of Solution Train Engineer/Release Train Engineer (STE/RTE) organizer. This involved orchestrating PI (Program Increment) planning sessions, ensuring alignment of cross-functional teams, and facilitating the execution of strategic initiatives within the agile framework.

I also led the configuration of Jira to provide a comprehensive view spanning from portfolio management down to team backlogs, while optimizing its setup for Tempo usage. Leveraging my expertise in agile methodologies, I streamlined workflows and resource allocation to enhance overall efficiency and productivity. In my capacity as an STE/RTE organizer, I fostered collaboration and communication among teams, facilitating a cohesive and synchronized approach to project delivery. Through effective leadership and strategic guidance, I played a pivotal role in driving organizational transformation and achieving strategic objectives.

Context:

1 ) Tribe Scrum Master a multidisciplinary team of 40 peoples (6 squads) with those duties: responsible for strategic planning, goal alignment, process improvement, cross-functional collaboration, and creating a supportive working environment within the capability area.

2) Explore different approaches to restructuring the Tribe, such as enabling maintenance on existing systems, prioritizing the top three Cluster objectives, overseeing the migration from old to new R&D Engines while considering legal aspects, implementing a new development framework, ensuring a seamless provision of game content, and defining the KTLO strategy.
