Overall, 15 years’ experience in conceptual, FEED and Detail design in the oil and gas field (Onshore &Offshore facilities).

• Experience in process design of loading and unloading skids, chemical injection skids, metering skids such as LPG, light & heavy crude, gasoline, diesel (GO), petrol (SSP) and jet fuel (kerosene).

• Experience across upstream midstream & downstream facilities and processes in both Onshore and Offshore Greenfield and Brownfield projects (e.g. Separation, Stabilization, Storage, Compression, Sweetening, Dehydration, NGLs recovery etc.) and Utility systems (e.g. Fuel gas, Diesel, Methanol, MEG,Instrument air, Fire water, Potable water, Hot oil etc…).

• Experience in process engineering activities during Conceptual, FEED and Detail design phases include

preparation of Design Basis and Design Philosophies, Process Simulation, H&M Balances, PFDs, P&IDs,

C&E, Operating Manuals, Equipment sizing, Vent and Flare systems design, HAZOP (Hazard and

Operability Study), HAZID (Hazard Identification Study), SIL (Safety Integrity Level), SIMOPS (Simultaneous Operations), QRA (Quantitative Risk Assessment), FERA (Fire Explosion Risk Assessment)etc.

• Sound knowledge of international standards: API, NACE, NFPA, ASME, SHELL DEP, IEC, etc.

• Software exposure includes Aspen one (Plus, HYSYS, Flare Net, HTFS), PVT SIM, DNV Phast, ProsimPlus,

AVEVA PRO II, Pegasys, AFT (Fathom 9, Arrow, impulse), PS PPM, PipeFlow Expert, PIPESIM, HTRI Suite,

• Good knowledge of process safety and process control.
