    In 2018, during the integration between NN Group and Delta Lloyd Life Group, the organization initiated a transformation to Agile SAFe. I served as the first Product Owner appointed in this transformation, before the organization evolved toward a more stable Agile operating model.

    • Contributed to long-term strategic roadmaps with the Management Team and key stakeholders, aligning business and IT.
