At Portima, I work as Senior Business Analyst within BRIO Team and serve as the Single Point of Contact for digital insurance projects for companies such as AXA, AG, Baloise, Euromex, DELA, Vivium, ARAG and Allianz. BRIO is the leading belgian CRM for insurance brokers, facilitating contract and claims management between brokers and insurance companies in a digital, efficient and secure manner. Within the team, my responsibilities include analyzing and defining the needs of internal and external stakeholders, translating them into clear, structured, and actionable functional and technical specifications for development teams.

As Senior Business Analyst/Project Leader, I gather business requirements and define use cases, functional requirements, user stories and project scope by working with the Product Owner and key stakeholders. I lead the end-to-end project lifecycle from initiation through delivery, working closely with the development and testing teams, product trainers and customer sucess managers. I also coordinate with external stakeholders, including insurance companies and brokers, to ensure alignment on project goals and priorities and organize proof of concept sessions with pilot brokers to drive engagement and deliver solutions aligned with business objectives.

I worked as a HASTUS Product Owner in the Train Planning domain, managing the product backlog, defining and prioritizing tasks in line with strategic roadmap and business objectives, and overseeing changes in close collaboration with the business process owner. I led business analysis efforts for software improvements, collaborating with vendors or in-house development teams. I also acted as the Primary Point of Contact for Business Process Owners, INFRABEL and IT staff. HASTUS is the SNCB train planning software used to generate duties of all train attendants in Belgium.

As a Product Owner/Business Analyst, I defined a business value-driven product roadmap to maximize the product success rate and ensured successful delivery within an Agile/Scrum context. I coordinated changes in sprints and releases, ensuring timely, budget-friendly, and quality completion. I also led technical teams, facilitated workshops to capture customer requirements, refined features to user stories and balanced delivery priorities with technical debt and operational bugs.

At Sopra Steria, I worked for clients such as BNP Paribas Fortis and Elia Group to analyze, develop and maintain C#/.NET desktop applications. The technologies used include Entity Framework, LINQ and Windows Presentation Foundation for the front-end and back-end development, Microsoft SQL Server as the database, Team Foundation Server (TFS) for version control and Rally/Jira for the daily task management.

As a Senior Technical Consultant, I managed the end-to-end lifecycle of software devel opment projects, from requirements analysis through delivery, following Agile methodologies. In addition, through the Sopra Steria Digital Lab Program, I worked extensively with Microsoft and open-source technologies to implement digital solutions and developed strong expertise in designing solution architectures and enhancing existing client systems.
