I’m Stefano Pozzi, a backend-focused Java developer with strong experience building robust software solutions using Java, Spring Boot, Hibernate, and MySQL.

Currently, I’m working at CBO Consulting, where I contributed to the development of a voting software used by the City of Brussels during its elections—a project built from the ground up with a solid tech stack including Java, Swing, Spring Boot, Angular, and MySQL.

Before that, at ICTCG, I worked on ERP and BPMN platforms using Vaadin 23, Spring Security with AWS Cognito, and Bonita BPM, as well as a BI dashboard project using AWS QuickSight and AuroraDB.

I’m analytical, structured, and pragmatic. I work well autonomously or within teams, and I’m passionate about delivering clean, maintainable code that meets real-world needs.
