As founder of Future Business Architects, I help organizations close the gap between plans and reality. My work combines strategy design, leadership development, and the practical adoption of AI.

I guide management teams in understanding how AI can improve decision-making, streamline processes, and unlock new value. Depending on the challenge, this can mean running AI Design Sprints, defining an AI roadmap, or coaching leaders to integrate AI responsibly into their daily operations.

Alongside consulting, I design and deliver workshops and training programs for executives, teams, and students — covering topics like AI ethics, prompt design, cultural readiness, and the human side of technology adoption.

The common thread: making organizations work better by aligning people, structure, and technology.

Over more than two decades at Roland, I grew from a technical specialist into a global leadership role, combining a deep understanding of operations, systems, and people.

I started in product support (my dream job at the time! 😊) and local IT roles before leading European and global IT departments, business intelligence, and process reengineering initiatives. In later years, I focused on aligning technology with business strategy, improving workflows, implementing global ERP and BI systems, and building international teams to scale operations.
