Customers who have an issue tend to know their is a problem and just require support and expertise to fully devise a technology strategy to resolve it or better align their objectives to sustainable technology solutions.
My aim is to bridge the gap between the customer and technology landscape by first understanding the customer challenge and then working closely to define organisational or technological solutions. This ensures that the clients can trust the process does not end until the solution has been implemented.
We employ the latest in Agile and Lean methodology taking into account the efficiencies that can be achieved by utilising automation, machine learning and AI. The advantage with working with me is that the expertise stretches across all areas of IT from infrastructure, servers, containers, devops, telecommunications all the way up the IT stack from physical layer to application development and implementation.
