My career is built on three key pillars:

- Project and Program Management: I’ve specialized in leading complex initiatives that combine process optimization and change management, working closely with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment and adoption.

- Continuous Improvement and Performance Management: This is part of who I am. As a Lean Performance Partner and now GPS Lead, I’ve translated strategic goals into actionable tactics across the supply chain—from R&D to Manufacturing and QC. My current role is more strategic, defining objectives and roadmaps, while staying hands-on through activities like waste mapping.

- • Change Management: This is a dimension I’m deeply passionate about, as it puts people at the center. I enjoy engaging teams, helping them adopt new behaviors, and overcoming resistance. I’ve also completed the Prosci certification to structure my approach using the ADKAR methodology.
