After a long career in various industrial sector, I have decided to create INEXHAUSTIVE®, a consultancy company that aims at supporting companies (private or public) endorsing Knowledge Management (KM).
KM must be considered as one of the constitutive pillars of your organization. It allows companies to become more performing through a better internal collaboration and exchanges, necessary keys to create success (profitability, efficiency and quality).
There are various definition of KM like KM is a holistic approach that aims at better learning and more efficiency through the optimal use of knowledge, hence creating value for the organization (©ISO NF ISO 30401 (2018)) or others available on Internet.
Considering such of this well-established definition of the KM, my belief is that initiating a KM program will turn to be a profitable Copernican revolution for your business.
Implementing a successful KM system requires willingness and enthusiasm from the Management Committee but also resources. Initiating a KM program must be well considered but done partly, there is a great risk of failure. Starting a KM program is simpler than you think but more complex than you can imagine.

Following the ISO standard, KM activities are made to support and sustain Business. KM can be divided in two main streams :• Explicit knowledge anything that can be set on paper, tools, digital,… (well developed but things can be improved) and managed via the AQ system• Implicit knowledge the one related to experience, activities, projects, the collaboration… in fact, the one that is still enclosed in our brain and that must be shared by increasing the collaboration between entities this part is to be more and more developed KM has started in Tractebel in 2016. Since 2018, all KM activities made up to now were realized upon the supervision of the 4 existing Business Lines technical directors. To continue improving our expertise, KM is one of the key success factors. This KM approach is fully in line with the one defined by the KM GROUP ENGIE. KM is a durable and sustainable investment.
