I am a senior Project Manager with 10+ years of experience in managing mainly (but not limited to) Projects or collections of Projects in the IT area (designing, implementing and maintaining various custom solutions).
I have managed large-scale projects such as new services development and delivery into production environments, overlapping with Continuous Service Improvement projects for existing services.
I have managed complex programs such as M&A during my time with Oracle, complex Service Desk transitions and services for various large customers during my employment with Stefanini and Digitization initiatives for Insurance companies.
My project management approach relies on a solid technical background and quite a bit of business knowledge, solidified while working in international, multi cultural environments, in several industries.
