I help B2B GTM teams use AI, HubSpot and low/no-code automation to close more pipeline with less manual work.

Typical clients are B2B SaaS and e-commerce startups or scaleups that feel their CRM, spreadsheets and tools are not keeping up with growth.

Concretely, I design and implement:

AI assistants for Sales & CS (prospecting, email drafting, follow-up, Q&A on CRM and deal docs)

Lead enrichment & scoring using AI + external data so reps focus on the right accounts

Automated GTM workflows in HubSpot, Make and n8n to remove repetitive tasks

Revenue reporting & forecasting that GTM teams actually use

In the last 10+ years, I have:
- Built and run the RevOps function at Sortlist (from 6 to 140 people, €0 to €7M+ revenue)
- Owned the customer-facing stack (HubSpot, Intercom, billing, e-signature, pricing tools, etc.) and automated key GTM processes
- Helped startups like Epsor, Merchery, Simplycure, Dietplus scale their GTM with AI, automation and no-code systems

I usually work directly with Founders, CROs, Heads of Sales/Marketing/CS and RevOps leaders on:
