Managed a wide-ranging SAP project portfolio across domains such as SD, FTS, P2P, FI/CO, and system integrations (EDI, EWM). Proposed and implemented the “Employee Exchange Development Program” and introduced four-year strategic development plans to align individual growth with organizational goals.

LEAN SIX SIGMA AND DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION

Led Lean Six Sigma and process automation initiatives to optimize operations across Supply Chain and Finance domains. Applied Lean Six Sigma tools to uncover business value and enhance cost-efficient operations in the Europe and Africa region. Leveraged SAP expertise to lead the strategic direction, delivering measurable business impact.

IDEA MANAGEMENT AND PROJECT PRIORITIZATION

Designed and led an idea prioritization framework to filter 180 business ideas, selecting 50 high-impact initiatives for implementation. Developed a seven-year regional project prioritization strategy to streamline the project portfolio, ensuring alignment with business priorities and maximizing regional outcomes.

Key Responsibilities and Achievements:

• End-to-End Project Management: Delivered projects ranging from new functionality templates and SAP integrations to enhancements of existing functionalities.

• Functional Analysis and Design: Conducted AS-IS and Fit-Gap analyses, designed future functionalities with business teams, and translated business requirements into functional specifications.

• Testing and Deployment: Managed Unit and Integration Testing, organized User Acceptance Testing, and handled GO-LIVE preparations, post-GO-LIVE support, user training, and knowledge transfer.

• SAP Customization: Performed full SAP customization and reviewed pricing/costing models in collaboration with IM template guardians and business units.

• Project Leadership: Acted as project manager for smaller projects (<250 man-days), overseeing planning, resource management, and execution.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partnered with diverse stakeholders, including SAP IM teams, Business Pricing, Production, Planning, S&OP, Risk, Controlling, Purchasing, Finance, and Reporting teams.
