Professional with 15 years of experience in the tech sector as a technical content specialist, first in Canada for the travel startup Hopper then in France for various public institutions (French Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Prime Minister Services Etalab).I also worked as a product technical writer for Contentsquare (internal documentation) for six months full-time in 2022.
As a freelancer, I have worked for different clients on Saas user guides, API documentation and developer portals.
