Context : In the context of creating a SI platform, I act as Lead Architect, to help EFA to carry out their documentation and design of the SI cloud based architecture from A to Z.

My prime objectives: Understand the business and functional needs, advise the functional team on the choice of technologies and architecture to implement, hire architects and fellow collegues, train and onboard teams.

Prepare abstract technical documentation for the development team: Tech stories, architecturl documentation, DevOps, Infrastructure, Retroplanning, blueprint, composition. On boarding of the development team and management team.

Aid and Lead developers and the Tech lead throughout development milestones.

Tasks :

Participation in business analysis and design conception meetings with functional architects and BA.

Designing the relationl blueprint

Choosing the technologie stack

Training and onboarding architects

Animating meetings & talks

Leadiçng the tech team

Context : As part of the modernization and migration of certain BNPP services, I acted as Tech Lead of the Aubay Squad, made up of 6 developers, to support BNPP in its migration and then refracturing tasks. As well as realizing a complete architectural study of LEGACY code in aim to propose agnostic Architectural solution in aim for ^migrating Legacy code to up to date technology.

My prime objectives: Communicate closely with client's different Squads, to ensure maintainability & synchronization of version milestones of the applications perk. Our team was responsible for carrying out performance tests and stress testing, which I managed. At the same time, I intervened in the context of redesign and conception of two applications in the company's park to help find strategies for reducing memory consumption and optimizing calculation costs, as well as readapting architectural structure to fit all wide corporation requirements.

My prime objectives: Communicate with the European and American desicion makers ato be able to translate functional needs to technical solutions, demonstrate the technical pilot solution to the PO, as well as tight together the expressed needs into a sophisticated dashboard for use by Michelins pricing scientists.

Help the Data & Business consulting teams to analyze information and propose a detiled summary of the client's pricing issues.

Study the existing SI blueprint of the multiple different data sources, to aid sales and finance teams of Michelin North America to produce a new data strategy.

Analyze and sculpt customer data (Data Readiness).

Study the feasibility scale of the customer's request Vs the synthesis proposed via the chosen technology (Pricefx) and propose realizable solutions.

Work in a multi-international SA team (several teams for several projects simultaneously) with the help and under the orchestration of a senior architect (Pricefx) to successfully deploy common offers respecting milestone deployment cycles at Michelin's request.

Orchestrate an agile methodology for the development team with help of the project's director and the PO.

Design the technical solution for the American client, write detailed tech stories (using pseudo code), orchestrate and lead the Converteo development team, write technical documentation in English for every release (versioning). Help in developing the solution in Groovy and Java.

Tasks :

Architectural pattern to be carried out, writing detailed tech stories, proofreading PRs, helping teams (technical aspects, solutions), deployment, testing.

Conception, developpment and deployement of Horizontal Pricing Waterfall Dashboard via SaaS/PaaS Pricefx solution.

Integration of inbound data, adaptation of inbound data structure (calculations/data readiness).

Design of high performance solutions (algorithms) for massive data stack operations.
