Bientôt 10 années d'expérience dans l'univers du conseil en iT, le management, le recrutement et le développement de projet.
Après des études supérieures à l'international (Licence au Mexique et Master/MBA en Chine) j'ai démarré ma carrière professionnelle à Paris en tant que Business Manager en SSII orienté finance.
Mon plus grand achievement aujourd'hui est d'avoir amener la dernière société pour laquelle j'ai travaillé, au Portugal, où j'ai démarré from scratch une filiale montée à 50 collaborateurs et 2M€ de CA en 2,5 ans.
Je suis capable d'intervenir en développement commercial, en recrutement direct, en gestion d'équipes commerciales ou recrutement ainsi que de comprendre rapidement les clés nécessaires à l'ouverture de nouveaux marchés.
Dernièrement j'ai accompagné en tant que freelance, un client Européen dans l'installation d'un tech Hub à Lisbonne: benchmark des solutions d'emploi local, des partenaires locaux; accompagnement sur la compréhension du droit du travail local et recrutement de 10 collaborateurs locaux dont le directeur technologique.
