After moving from one level within a quality organisation to the next one, I started Vlitix. For Quality professionals I want to be the person I wanted to have next to me during that journey. A sparring partner who gives advice and guidance in becoming an even better quality person. Companies can make use of the extensive knowledge and experience of myself and team members to improve quality in all its aspects. We always start from what is already available in the organization: we don't take standard procedures and documents off the shelf and force them to our clients. We keep what is working, we upgrade what can be improved and we give advice on missing parts of the system: in this way we create a quality system owned by our customer. Developing and implementing the Group QSHE strategy and act as the Group Large Account Quality Manager

My role was to manage supplier and co-manufacturer quality for the European region, by creating a European Supply Base Quality structure and tools. Additional to my role as European Supplier Quality Manager, I'm also responsible for European Quality KPI analyses and reporting, the review and implementation of global Quality Standards in Europe and leading the internal/ intersite Quality Audit Program in Europe. Collaborative working with suppliers, co-manufacturers and sites to bring quality and food safety to a higher level, in order to optimise consumer satisfaction and to investigate and solve quality issues,. Some of our brands in the European region: Campbell, Royco, Aiki, V8, Liebig, Lacroix, Blaband, Erasco, Heisse Tasse, Devos Lemmens, Touch of Taste Achievements: supplier risk model implemented globally, reduction consumer complaints coman with 35%, 80% acceptance of comments on gobal standards, improved the audit tool for the internal audit program, first one allowed by WHQ to give formal Campbell HACCP training
