I help businesses improve repetitive internal workflows and technical processes that create unnecessary manual work.

My background is in onsite IT support, infrastructure, systems administration, and practical automation. I have hands-on experience with end-user support, server management, operational IT tasks, and the day-to-day technical issues that build up in real business environments.

I work best on projects where there is too much manual follow-up, reporting, approvals, issue handling, or poor visibility between teams and tools. I usually start by understanding how a process works today and whether it is actually worth improving at all, because not every manual task should become an automation project.

When it does make sense, I focus on practical improvements such as workflow cleanup, lightweight automation, system integrations, ticketing and support flow improvement, and technical process optimization. My goal is to reduce friction, keep things understandable, and avoid unnecessary complexity.
