Benoit Turbang

As a Sr Data Engineering Consultant, responsible for end-to-end creation of analytics and pipelines on data-at-rest and data-in-motion, Benoit is focused on delivering data driven solutions for the clients.

Benoit has a dedicated focus on Snowflake. He designs and develops frameworks to automate loading and processing of large volumes of files. He deals with inconsistencies and data quality challenges on a daily basis within critical project contexts, and ensures a timely delivery of datasets to various audiences such as government leaders (minister level), policy analysts and business analysts.

He is a coach and mentor to a team of less experienced colleagues

Benoit utilizes an agile hypothesis-driven problem-solving solution approach to design, construct and support cloud data-driven transformation projects for the business.

Benoit is well familiar with working in agile environments. He develops code in modern development environments on a daily basis. He is familiar with CI/CD, GitOps, testing automation within a data platform context.
