Right hand of the DAF BELUX for construction projets located in BELUX:

- Coaching teams of 6 cost controllers (daily management)

- Monthly cost follow up, variance analysis vs initial budget & last period forecasts, etc.

- Assisted the DAF in further improving the efficiency of the department; streamlining reporting (common approach to cost controlling, design process of cost controlling, further developing reportings as internal & group requirements (consolidation, forecast, etc.),

- In charge of projects for cost controlling follow up (site visits, monthly discussion with project manager & key staff; etc.),

- Financial reporting consolidation, in charge of the process (key data from each site, verification & then with accounting monthly bookings, preparation of the monthly consolidated reporting, etc.)

Initially recruited to improve the accounting department structure (processes & organization to boost efficiency), then replacing the head of the finance department, being in charge of 4 FTE.

Finance management & administration of the main entities and four foreign entities;

- Review & updated of financial processes

- Account receivables follow up (credit rating analysis, overdue balance cleanup, reduce long overdue)

- Development of new financial reporting for monthly closing & forecast

- Development of a POWER BI dashboard for receivables tracking

- Monthly closing & reporting to mother company (consolidation)

- Supervising & coaching employees
