After years of managing recruitment teams and fixing broken HR workflows for companies, I know that a company only scales as fast as its people can handle—and that’s where I come in.
I’m currently looking for a part-time mission where I can help you and your company:
- Smart recruitment: I audit your hiring strategy and coach you or your team to attract and retain the right talent.
- Operational flow: I spot where things are getting stuck and implement simple, effective processes that work for people and not against them.
- Mental load & performance: I help your staff manage their energy and mental load, ensuring high performance doesn't lead to burnout.
I’m assertive, result-driven, and I adapt quickly to new cultures. I’m based in Vilvoorde and ready to jump in for 2 or 3 days a week, whether on-site or hybrid.
