I gained expertise in project management, working in an international environment as a Sales Business Process Expert. Look beyond, anticipate, meet customer needs, minimize risks to optimize results, together with all contributors. There are the keystones I’m using to lead a project to success.

After 10 years of experience (AGC), being involved in various projects linked to CRM, e-business, price management, driving & implementing new processes among the sales business team, my main motivation was to integrate and head-up projects requiring innovation and creativity.

As co-founder of GenieVision, I raised my competences as “intrapreneur” launching a SaaS solution dedicated to the construction industry.
My mission : discover & understand the market, create a network, implement sales & digital marketing processes, initiating actions to validate the value proposition, collect customers’ feedback & coordinate it with the product team.
