Regulation framework translated into new European Database of registered EHR systems, wellness applications and interoperable products (medical devices, high-risk AI systems), integrating dual pillar approach, single market, product compliance, data submission and control objective. Big picture, acceptance release and documentation published.

- AI Champion (call for volunteers): Peers support, management seminars, units’ roadshows, use cases identification, AI initiatives.

- Internal projects: AI Trainer (LLM response evaluation), Enterprise Architecture (modelling, training and tests).

Management, procurement, business development, food safety & security contribution (employee then freelance):

- Business analysis, business plans to launch new activities, structure agreements, plan a restructuring and training.

- Guide the transition from firefighting to operations management, improvement (projects incorporation including new information systems), financing (e.g., cash planning, payments) and business development including: coordination, alignment operations and stakeholders’ expectations (People, Process, Technology, Partners, Information, Documentation), problems resolution, modelling, special projects (accountancy system, collaborative tools, tenders), compliance.Leadership: addressing issues, teamwork building and documentation traceability. Resources: budget, cash planning, payments, financing.

- Risks & crisis management, security and safety.

- Security. Analysis of the organizational process and system requirements related to the Safeguards inspection activities in order to develop a centralized system to manage the full mandate lifecycle (inspections, audits, visits). Result: process AS IS & TO BE, new inspections management system inception and users trained.

- International cooperation and security: analysis, testing, training and support delivery of a system to allow the production and the management of the declarations to be submitted.

- Internal projects:

• Football: Business analysis and agreements structuring resulting in long term dossier resolution.

• Strategic and competitive intelligence (OSINT) and modelling projects : analysis (objectives, requests, needs, requirements), investigation (collection, coordination, analysis), delivery and communication for decision and action, evaluation. Results: identification of potential partners and process improvement.
