Cofounder and manager of a French hemp based herbal tea brand, Slow Infusion. During the first lockdown in the spring 2020, we reached over 1260% of our crowdfunding campaign objective on Ulule with our first flavour, Focus & Relax. Slowly but steadily, we've been growing our community ever since, offering hemp herbal teas with CBD, inspirations to take it slow and sloth relief initiatives. I cofounded Slow Infusion, creating and managing the company. I created 5 CBD herbal tea blends; an eco-friendly supply chain based in France, working with disabled workers; an e-shop (www.slowinfusion.fr), managing several suppliers and assistants. To promote the brand, I elaborated and executed a multichannel communication strategy including a crowdfunding campaign (800 participants); PR (brand featured online and offline in Vogue, Biba, Marie-Claire, Les Echos…); community building and management and brand content creation partnering with key influencers (Instagram; blog; newsletter); and partnerships with established brands (Le Bon Marché, La Thé Box, Absolution…). Logicomix partners with TV producers and media owners to run their videos on digital platforms. In this growing start-up, my missions included market research, clients pitching and new channel opening followed by channel management liaising with producers.

After the general elections of June 2017, I created a parliamentary group of 35MPs at the National Assembly, liaising with those MPs and the administration (administrative registration, creation of governance bodies, implementation of operational management processes, staff recruitment preparation). At the same time, I also created and managed on my own initiative a network of parliamentary assistants so as to strengthen the exchange of information and create a stronger sense of belonging in this newly created group. Then, closely working with its two presidents, I participated in the definition of the political strategy of the group, advising on bills examined by the Parliament and governmental projects. As a speechwriter, I prepared speeches and messages delivered both internally (written and oral) and externally (supervision of interviews and media coverage, liaising with journalists). I was in charge of the group's twitter account, which I created. I also prepared the group's meetings with the government and civil society representatives.
