🚀 Project: I spent 7 months in an agile team of 2 developers dedicated to developing a new digital application that provides investors with a 360-degree view of investments made at BPIFrance. Additionally, I worked on security, design, and performance improvements for the current application used to invest in private equity (https://fonds-entreprises.bpifrance.fr/offres/avenir-1).

🧑 Role: During this mission, my key responsibilities included mentoring, strategizing, conceptualizing, making technical choices, working closely with the Product Owner, ensuring quality standards, adhering to delivery timelines, and building trusted relationships with our clients.

🛠️ Stack: Spring boot, Java 17, REST, Kafka, Microservices, Hibernate, PostgreSQL, Angular, AWS, Kubernetes, Maven, Sentry, Kibana, Gitlab

🚀 Project: Part of one of the most strategic projects within the group, embedded in an agile train comprising 8 teams. This project centers around developing and optimizing the core business application, primary focus was on meeting high-performance demands, ensuring robust load handling and availability.

🧑 Role: I worked as a Technical leader in agile train of 5 developers. My responsibilities included participating in the design and development of the company's core business application.

In my role as a Technical Leader, I leveraged my expertise in managing large-scale strategic projects. I provided technical design solutions and performed macro estimations for complex subjects. Additionally, I guided and mentored developers to ensure the delivery of high-quality and efficient outputs.

I collaborated with various teams at Theodo for a period of 6 months, with a primary focus on our key client, BpiFrance. This experience provided me with a valuable opportunity to work alongside young, dynamic, and talented colleagues. My role involved leveraging my technical expertise, project experience, and leadership skills to meet deadlines and build trusted relationships with our clients.

💼 3 assignments:

• I worked for 2 months with another junior developer on an existing digital application which allows people to apply for loans guaranteed by the French state.

• I spent 3 months in an agile team of 4 developers dedicated to developing a critical new digital application providing access and the opportunity to invest in private equity (https://fonds-entreprises.bpifrance.fr/offres/avenir-1).

• I worked for 1 month with a single developer to update a 'digital loan factory' and create the first new digital loan through it.

🧑 Role: During these missions, my main roles included coaching, planning, designing, making technical decisions, working closely with the Product Owner, ensuring quality, and meeting delivery deadlines.
