Didier CUSSAC provides consulting services on preclinical pharmacology and Drug Discovery process for TTO, public research organisations, biotechs, pharmaceutical groups, funding companies, academics, researchers. See website at Didier is a pharmacologist with 20 years’ experience in drug discovery programs in pharmaceutical setting with more than 90 publications in international journals and co-authored of 9 patents. He has extensive management experience of multidisciplinary pharmacology research and he actively participates to the selection of numerous preclinical candidates, leading to the PoC and to the launch of several drugs on the market.

Specialties: Didier has experience in a wide range of target selection and validation (GPCR, kinases, channels, antibodies, enzymes...) in several therapeutic areas with particular emphasis in molecular mechanisms of signal transduction involved in psychiatric and neurobiology disorders (depression, schizophrenia, anxiety, Parkinson), in oncology (immuno and dermato oncology) and in cardiac diseases (thrombosis and metabolic syndromes).
