I am a natural problem solver. Usually, I am contacted by directors that want me to help them to solve a specific issue in one of their domains.

As a consequence, I have helped many diverse teams: Marketing teams to incorporate customer feedback and create the best offer for Christmas. Disengaged IT support teams recover their team spirit. Three all-over-the-place SalesForce teams start delivering on time consistently. Two teams of great engineers in different countries start collaborating to create a new complex digital product. Helping a set of teams to innovate in a new and unknown market.

Although people say my superpower is the human domain, I like numbers and data-driven decisions and I have a decent degree o expertise in business finances. I am a certified professional coach and use coaching one to one and group coaching. I provide training when needed. I use the approach; of "training from the back of the room". I use Scrum, LeSS, and Kanban as tools depending on what the project needs.

My approach is vertical also. I can explain to a C-level what's going on in the morning and teach two team members how to do pair programming in the afternoon.
