Donovan is the best developer I’ve worked with in over 20 years of web design and development. Over the years I’ve hired developers from India, Romania, Russia, and the United States, and I’ve almost always ended up disappointed. Donovan changed that. His communication skills are excellent. He listens carefully, takes the time to understand your ideas, and then adds his own insights and recommendations that make the project stronger. He has a clear vision for data architecture, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to explain complex concepts in a way that’s easy to understand. I especially appreciate the way he uses video recordings to show the work he’s completed and to respond to questions and feedback. These videos are extremely helpful when dealing with complex features and detailed tasks. Even though English isn’t his first language, Donovan communicates very clearly. Both his video updates and written messages on WhatsApp and in project management tools are easy to follow, well-organized, and professional.
